Hi Le,
Sorry to hear you are not happy about your photo being online.
We post so many pictures of students that it would be impossible for us to get permission from everyone featured - for the photo above, for example, it would involve contacting 14 people, several of whom may have left the school by the time we get it.
For this reason there is actually a clause in our terms and conditions which states that your image may be used in our print and web publications. When you enrol, you agree to these terms and conditions.
However, if you are very distressed by this photo being online, please comment again and we will see what we can do.
With thanks,
Myf

Hi Myf,
Yes, I am very distressed by this photo being online definitely. I can not remember I signed any contract for using my image for Embassy CES publications. Could you send me the contract with my signature? I really do not want my picture on your any publications, because I really do not like Embassy CES services. All of the students in the photo above, they do no like Embassy CES at all! The services are so bad, which I have never seen before. I really do not want to have any relationship with Embassy CES. In my mind, Embassy CES just care about money not their students.

Hi Le,
Could you contact me on mnixon @ studygroup.com so that we can continue the conversation?
I am very sorry to hear that you have had such negative experiences at our school. Have you expressed your feelings to the school and/or to the company as a whole, via formal channels? Within the bounds of our terms and conditions, we would always try to sort out any complaints to your satisfaction.
All students agree to our terms and conditions (https://www.embassyces.com/about/terms_conditions.aspx) when they book a course. Clause 16 states: Students and their parents or guardians, where applicable, agree that the student's photo, quotes and details of achievements may be used for promotional purposes (printed and online) without written consent or notification.
